Born in the Philippines and migrated in America at the age of 17. Started my life in San Francisco and lived there for 20 years. In 1973 I moved to Walnut Creek, CA and in 1987 when I moved to the Sacramento, Elk Grove area.

Sales and Marketing have always been my greatest passion. I really enjoyed talking to people and finding in fulfilling when you can be an integral part of people’s dream in their Real Estate needs. So to enhance my knowledge I continuously attend seminars and trainings. I have a team now the “Team Formoso Realty”, who are fluent in Spanish, Tagalog, Ilocano, Bicol and Visayan.
